This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 14 Apr 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Potatoes, Green Peas Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Saloni 2 medium Potatoes peeled and cut into thin strips (salli) and soaked 2 cups Green Peas boiled 1 tablespoon Ghee 1 tablespoon Ginger finely chopped 2-3 Green chillies finely chopped 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon Dried mango powder (amchur) 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder to taste Salt 1 1/2 cups Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped Juice of ½ lemon Method Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, add ginger and green chillies and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Drain potatoes, add to the pan and mix. Add turmeric powder, dried mango powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder and salt and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add green peas and coriander leaves and mix well. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Add lemon juice and mix well. Cook further for 1-1½ minutes. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
