Ingredients for Cheese Potato Chips Recipe

  • Cheese balls 4 cups

  • Potatoes 5 medium

  • Olive oil 1 tablespo for greasing

  • Salt to taste

  • Tartar sauce to serve


Step 1

Preheat oven to 180° C.

Step 2

Put cheese balls in a zip-lock bag and crush them with a rolling pin into a fine powder.

Step 3

Thinly slice the potatoes through a mandolin slicer into a bowl of water.

Step 4

Line a bowl with a muslin cloth, drain the potato slices, put into this bowl and pat them dry. Remove the muslin cloth and put the potato slices in the same bowl.

Step 5

Drizzle 1 tablespoon olive oil over them, add salt and mix well. Add crushed cheese balls and mix well so that all the slices are well coated.

Step 6

Grease a baking tray with some olive oil and arrange the chips, in single layer, on it.

Step 7

Keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes. Bake all the chips in the same way.

Step 8

Put the chips in serving bowls and serve immediately with tartar sauce.
