Chop onions in a chopper and put into a large glass bowl. Chop mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chillies in the chopper and add to the onions in the bowl. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, gram flour and baking powder and mix well. Sprinkle a little water and mix well. Drop spoonful of the mixture into the hot oil and deep fry till golden. Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot.
