Ingredients list for Papad Chaat - SK Khazana

  • 2 Garlic papads
  • 2 Urad dal papads
  • 2 Punja masala papads
  • 2 tablespoons Raw mango chopped
  • 1 small Tomato finely chopped
  • 1 small Onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 small Cucumber chopped
  • 2 Green chillies chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves 2 tablespoons chopped + for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Fried onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dry mango powder (amchur)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Ghee
  • for garnish Nylon sev

Method

  1. Roast garlic papads, urad dal papads and punjabi masala papads on direct flame, one after the other, place them in a bowl and crush them.
  2. Add raw mango, tomato, onion, cucumber, green chillies, coriander leaves and fried onions, Red Chilli Powder, salt, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, dried mango powder and ghee and Mix well.
  3. Transfer into a serving plate, garnish with sev and coriander leaves and serve immediately.
