Ingredients for Papad Chaat - SK Khazana Recipe

  • Garlic papads 2

  • Urad dal papads 2

  • Punja masala papads 2

  • Raw mango chopped 2 tablespoons

  • Tomato finely chopped 1 small

  • Onion finely chopped 1 small

  • Cucumber chopped 1/2 small

  • Green chillies chopped 2

  • Fresh coriander leaves 2 tablespoons chopped + for garnish 2 tablespoons

  • Fried onions 2 tablespoons

  • Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Salt

  • Roasted cumin powder 1 teaspoon

  • Chaat masala 1/2 teaspoon

  • Dry mango powder (amchur) 1/2 teaspoon

  • Ghee 1 1/2 tablespoons

  • Nylon sev for garnish

Method

Step 1

Roast garlic papads, urad dal papads and punjabi masala papads on direct flame, one after the other, place them in a bowl and crush them.

Step 2

Add raw mango, tomato, onion, cucumber, green chillies, coriander leaves and fried onions, Red Chilli Powder, salt, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, dried mango powder and ghee and Mix well.

Step 3

Transfer into a serving plate, garnish with sev and coriander leaves and serve immediately.
