Ingredients for Fried Onions for Biryani Recipe

  • Onions 3 medium

  • Oil to deep fry


Step 1

Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.

Step 2

Thinly slice onions and separate the layers.

Step 3

Put sliced onions into hot oil and deep-fry till light golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper and cool.

Step 4

Store in an air-tight jar and use as required.
