Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons gram flour (besan)
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon chopped green chillies
- 5-6 curry leaves
- 1/2 cup chopped cabbage
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add mustard seeds and let it splutter. Add green chillies, curry leaves and cabbage and mix well.
- Add some water alongwith add turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt and gram flour, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add lemon juice and chopped coriander and mix well.
- Serve hot garnished with a coriander sprig.
