By Sanjeev Kapoor 09 Jun 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Jackfruit seeds (atle), Oil Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Jackfruit Seeds Sabzi - SK Khazana 25-30 Jackfruit seeds (atle) boiled, peeled and quartered 1 1/2 tablespoons Oil 1-2 Green chillies chopped 2 teaspoons Ginger grated 2 teaspoons Garlic finely chopped 1 medium Onion finely chopped 1 cup Fresh tomato puree 1 1/2 teaspoons Garam masala powder 1 1/2 teaspoons Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder 3/4 teaspoon Coriander powder 1 1/2 teaspoons Cumin powder to taste Salt 2 tablespoons coriander leaves chopped for garnish coriander sprig to serve Chapatis Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add green chillies, ginger and garlic, mix and sauté for 1-2 minutes or till fragrant. Add onion, mix well and sauté till translucent. Add tomato puree and mix well and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add garam masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and cumin powder, mix well and sauté for 1 minute. Add salt, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes or till oil surfaces. Add ½ cup water and mix well. Add jackfruit seeds and coriander leaves and mix well. Cook for 1 minute and take it off the heat. Transfer into a serving plate garnish with coriander sprig.
