Method

  1. Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds and let them change colour. Add green chillies and baby potatoes, mix and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add salt and mix well. Add turmeric powder and mix well.
  2. Add garam masala powder and mix well and saute for 1-2 minutes. Add mint leaves, mix and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add dried mango powder, roasted peanuts and toasted white sesame seeds, mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes. 
  3. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot garnished mint sprigs.
