Ingredients
- 300 grams noodles, boiled
- 200 grams boneless chicken breast
- 4 tablespoons corn flour
- 4 teaspoons dark soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 4 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
- 1 inch ginger, cut into strips
- 1 large carrot, peeled and cut into thick strips
- 6-8 pak choy pieces, roughly chopped
- Salt to taste
- Chopped spring onion greens for garnish
Method
- Cut chicken breast into small pieces.
- Take corn flour in a bowl, add dark soy sauce, oyster sauce and chicken stock and mix well. Add sesame oil and mix.
- Heat oil in a non-stick wok, add garlic and ginger, mix and sauté till garlic turns golden brown.
- Add chicken and sauté on high heat for 3-4 minutes.
- Add carrot and pak choy and mix. Add noodles and salt and toss well.
- Add the prepared sauce mixture and mix well. Cook on medium heat for 4-5 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
- Transfer into a serving plate, garnish with spring onion greens and serve hot.
