Methi Kela Bhaji

Method

  1. Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard seeds and when they start to splutter, add fenugreek leaves and salt, mix well and cook for 6-8 minutes. 
  2. Add ginger-green chilli paste, mix and cook for 1 minute. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder and cumin powder, mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes. 
  3. Add banana roundels, mix and cook covered on low heat for 2 minutes.
  4. Serve hot with chappatis/rotis.
