Break eggs in another bowl and whisk well. Add ghee, sugar, salt, coconut milk and instant yeast and mix well. Add this mixture to the flour mixture. Add ¾ cup water and mix well. Cover with the lid and set aside to ferment for 4-6 hours. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Drop small portions of the batter and deep fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper. Transfer them into a serving bowl and serve hot.
