Ingredients
- 5 white bread slices
- ¾ cup condensed milk
- 2½ cups milk
- ½ teaspoon green cardamom powder
- 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios + to garnish
- 2 tablespoons chopped cashewnuts
- 2 tablespoons chopped almonds
- Dried rose petals for garnish
Method
- Transfer bread slices into a grinder jar and grind to a fine mixture.
- Heat a deep non-stick pan, add condensed milk and cook, stirring, for 4-5 minutes.
- Add milk and mix well. Once the mixture comes to a boil add the ground bread and mix well.
- Add green cardamom powder, pistachios, cashewnuts and almonds and mix well.
- Transfer into serving bowls, garnish with pistachios and dried rose petals.
- Serve warm or chilled.
