Heat a deep non-stick pan, add condensed milk and cook, stirring, for 4-5 minutes. Add milk and mix well. Once the mixture comes to a boil add the ground bread and mix well. Add green cardamom powder, pistachios, cashewnuts and almonds and mix well. Transfer into serving bowls, garnish with pistachios and dried rose petals. Serve warm or chilled.
