Sift together roasted finger millet flour, wheat flour and powdered sugar into a bowl. Add oats and mix well. Add baking powder and butter and rub it in with finger tips till you get a breadcrumb like texture. Add vanilla essence and milk and knead into soft dough. Grease your palms with a little oil, divide the dough into equal parts and shape them into cookies. Place the cookies on a baking tray, keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. To make milkshake, peel and chop banana and put it into a smoothie jar. Add milk, peanut butter and honey and blend till smooth. Remove the cookies from oven and set aside to cool. Once cooled, pack them in tiffin box.
