Ragi Oats Cookies With Banana Milkshake

Ingredients
- ½ cup finger millet (ragi) flour, roasted
 - ¼ cup oats, roasted
 - ½ cup whole wheat flour
 - ½ cup powdered sugar
 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
 - ½ cup chilled butter
 - Few drops of vanilla essence
 - Milk as required
 - Oil for greasing
 
Banana Milkshake
- 1 ripe banana
 - 2 cups milk
 - 2 tablespoons peanut butter
 - 1 tablespoon honey
 
Method
- Preheat oven to 180º C.
 - Sift together roasted millet flour, wheat flour and powdered sugar into a bowl. Add oats and mix well.
 - Add baking powder and butter and rub it in with finger tips till you get a breadcrumb like texture.
 - Add vanilla essence and milk and knead into soft dough. Grease your palms with a little oil, divide the dough into equal parts and shape them into cookies.
 - Place the cookies on a baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes.
 - For milkshake, peel and chop banana and put it into a smoothie jar. Add milk, peanut butter and honey and blend till smooth.
 - Remove the cookies from oven and set aside to cool. Once cooled, pack them in tiffin.
 - Pour the milkshake into a mug flask.
