By Sanjeev Kapoor 19 Jun 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Soya granules, Onion Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Soya Granule Tikki 2 cups Soya granules soaked in warm water for 10-15 minutes and drained 1 medium Onion finely chopped 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon Coriander powder ½ teaspoon Cumin powder ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder 2 Green chillies finely chopped 2 medium Potatoes boiled, peeled and mashed to taste Salt 1 tablespoon Lemon juice 2-3 tables for garnishing Fresh coriander leaves chopped ¼ cup Bread crumbs for shallow frying Oil as required Lemon wedges Method Take soya granules in a bowl. Add onion, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder and green chillies and mix. Add potatoes and mix well. Add salt and mix. Add lemon juice and mix. Add coriander leaves and mix. Add breadcrumbs and mix. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into tikkis. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan. Place the tikkis and shallow-fry from both sides till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
