Ingredients
- 4 khichia papad
 - 2 medium potatoes boiled, and peeled
 - ¼ teaspoon chaat masala + for sprinkling
 - ¼ teaspoon dried mango powder + for sprinkling
 - ¼ teaspoon red chilli powder + for sprinkling
 - Melted butter as required
 - 1 onion finely chopped
 - 1 tomato finely chopped
 - 3-4 tablespoons raw mango, chopped
 - 4-5 tablespoons roasted peanuts
 - 4-5 tablespoons masala chana dal
 - Red chilli garlic chutney as required
 - Sweet tamarind chutney as required
 - Green chutney as required
 - Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
 - Sev for garnish
 
Method
- Dry roast the papads on a direct flame till well done on both sides.
 - Mash the potatoes into a bowl, add chaat masala powder, dried mango powder, red chilli powder, and mix well.
 - For each portion place 1 papad on a serving plate, keep another plate on it and press slightly so that the papad is broken into pieces. Drizzle a little butter, sprinkle some onion, tomato, raw mango, peanuts, masala chana dal and potato mixture.
 - Drizzle some red chilli-garlic chutney, sweet tamarind chutney, green chutney, sprinkle chaat masala powder, red chilli powder and drizzle a little yogurt. Garnish with coriander leaves, sev and chana dal and serve immediately.
