This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 31 Mar 2017 in Recipes Veg New Update Paneer Pudina Kalimirch Main Ingredients Paneer, Fresh mint leaves Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients 400 grams paneer 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves Paste 1 tablespoon black pepper powder 2 tablespoons oil 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 2 medium onions, finely chopped 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste 1 teaspoon green chilli paste 12-15 cashewnuts, boiled and pureed 2-3 tablespoons hung yogurt 1 teaspoon red chilli powder 1 tablespoon coriander powder A pinch of turmeric powder 1 teaspoon garam masala powder 1 teaspoon dried mango powder 1 cup spinach puree 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves paste Salt to taste 1 teaspoon lemon juice Method Heat oil in a non stick kadai, add cumin seeds and sauté till light brown. Add onions and sauté till light brown. Add ginger-garlic paste, green chilli paste, cashewnut paste and sauté for a minute. Add hung yogurt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, dried mango powder, spinach purée, coriander paste, mint paste and salt and mix well. Cut paneer into 1 inch cubes and add to the gravy. Add lemon juice and mix lightly. Transfer into a serving bowl, sprinkle black pepper powder and serve.
