Palak Corn A healthy spinach and corn preparation This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 31 May 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Spinach, Sweet corn Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Palak Corn 2 bunches Spinach 1 tin Sweet corn 1 medium Onion 2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon Ginger paste a pinch Turmeric powder to taste Salt 2 Green chillies 2 tablespoons Yogurt,whisked 2 tablespoons Cream 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder 1/4 teaspoon Dried fenugreek leaves (kasoori methi) 1 inch piece Ginger,cut into juliennes Method Chop onion in a chopper. Heat extra virgin olive oil in a non stick pan, add onion and sauté till lightly coloured. Drain corn and rinse in fresh water and add to the onion. Add ginger paste and mix. Add turmeric powder and salt. Chop green chillies and add. Add palak puree, yogurt and cream and mix well. Add garam masala powder and kasoori methi and mix. Cut ginger into thin strips and soak in chilled water.
