Ingredients for Moong Cha Salad Recipe

  • Moong sprouts boiled 2 cups

  • Yogurt 1 cup

  • Red chilli powder 1 tablespoons

  • Chaat masala 1/2 teaspoon

  • Cumin powder 1/4 teaspoon

  • Coriander powder 1/4 teaspoon

  • Green chilli chopped 2-3

  • Onion chopped 1

  • Salt to taste

  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Method

Step 1

In a bowl whisk together yogurt, red chilli powder, chaat masala, cumin powder, corainder powder and mix well.

Step 2

Add green chillies, onions, salt and sprouts and mix well.

Step 3

Serve cold sprinkled with chopped coriander.
