Moong Cha Salad

Ingredients 

  • 2 cups moong sprouts, boiled
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 tablespoons red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 2-3 green chillies, chopped
  • 1 onion ,chopped
  • Salt to taste
  •  Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Method

  1. In a bowl whisk together yogurt, red chilli powder, chaat masala, cumin powder, corainder powder and mix well.
  2. Add green chillies, onions, salt and sprouts and mix well.
  3. Serve cold sprinkled with chopped coriander.
