Ingredients
- 2 cups moong sprouts, boiled
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 tablespoons red chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/4 teaspoon coriander powder
- 2-3 green chillies, chopped
- 1 onion ,chopped
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Method
- In a bowl whisk together yogurt, red chilli powder, chaat masala, cumin powder, corainder powder and mix well.
- Add green chillies, onions, salt and sprouts and mix well.
- Serve cold sprinkled with chopped coriander.
