Heat oil in a non stick pressure cooker, add curry leaves when it starts spluttering add onions and saute till light brown. Add sprouted horse grams, salt and ground masala and saute for a minute.Add three cups water and pressure cook till three whistles.Remove from flame and serve with steam rice.
