Ingredients list for Mixed Sprout Tahiri
- 1/2 cup Rice sprouted
- 1/4 cup Brown Bengal Gram sprouted
- 1/4 cup Matki sprouts sprouted
- 1 cup Rice soaked
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 7-8 Cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 medium Onion
- 1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida
- 2 Green chillies slit
- 2 medium Potatoes cubed
- 7-8 florets Cauliflower
- to taste Salt
- 1 1/2 cups Buttermilk
Method
- Heat oil in a rice cooker which is put on cook mode.
Add cloves and cumin seeds and sauté. - Slice onion and add along with asafoetida and green chillies and sauté.
Add sprouted kala chana, moong and matki and mix. - Add cauliflower, potatoes, rice and salt and mix well.
Add 1½ cups water and buttermilk and mix well. - Cover the cooker and cook till done.
Serve hot.
