Ingredients for Maggi Sandwich - SK Khazana Recipe

  • Bread slices 8

  • Instant Noodles 140 grams

  • Oil 2 tablespoons

  • Onion finely chopped 1 medium

  • Tomato finely chopped 1 medium

  • Salt

  • Red chilli flakes 1 teaspoon + sprinkling

  • Dried oregano 1 teaspoon + sprinkling

  • Fried garlic 1 teaspoon

  • Sausages sliced 4

  • Paprika powder 1 1/2 teaspoons + sprinkling

  • Processed cheese grated 4 tablespoons + sprinkling

  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1 tablespoon

  • Butter as required

  • Green chutney to serve

  • Cabbage shredded for garnish

  • Wafers to serve

Method

Step 1

Heat 1 cup water in a non-stick pan, add instant noodles with the taste maker, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes or till the water is absorbed. Take off the heat and set aside.

Step 2

Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add onion, tomato, salt and red chilli flakes, mix well and saute for 2 minutes. Add dried oregano, fried garlic and sausages and mix well.

Step 3

Add paprika powder and mix well. Add cheese and coriander leaves, mix well and cook for 1 minute.

Step 4

For each portion, apply butter on 1 slice of bread, apply green chutney and spread some sausage stuffing.

Step 5

Apply butter on another slice of bread and apply green chutney and place this on top of the sausage mixture, chutney side facing down. .

Step 6

Apply a little butter on top of the 2nd slice and spread a some noodle mixture, sprinkle a little grated cheese, red chilli flakes and dried oregano. Garnish with shredded cabbage and serve with green chutney and wafers.
