How to make Instant Noodle Cheese Dosa -

Ingredients for Instant Noodle Cheese Dosa Recipe

  • Instant noodles cooked as required

  • Dosa batter as required

  • Butter 8 tablespo to cook

  • Refined flour 8 tablespoons

  • Milk 4 cups

  • Processed cheese grated as required

  • Salt to taste

  • Black peppercorns crushed to taste

  • Schezwan sauce as required

  • Onions chopped as required

  • Tomatoes chopped as required

  • Green capsicums chopped as required

  • Coconut chutney as required

  • Sambhar to serve


Step 1

Heat butter in a deep non-stick pan, add refined flour and saute for 1-2 minutes taking care that the colour does not change.

Step 2

Add milk and whisk so that there are no lumps. Cook for 2 minutes. Add 2 cups grated processed cheese and whisk till it melts. Add salt and crushed black peppercorns and mix well.

Step 3

Heat a non-stick dosa tawa and brush it with some oil.

Step 4

For each dosa, pour a ladle full of batter and spread it into a round dosa. Add 2 tablespoons butter and spread it all over the dosa.

Step 5

Add 2 tablespoons Schezwan sauce and spread it all over the dosa. Sprinkle some onions, tomatoes and green capsicums, mash it slightly with a masher and spread it all over the dosa.

Step 6

Add 1 tablespoon coconut chutney and continue to mash the toppings.

Step 7

Add 2-3 tablespoons instant noodles, pour some cheese sauce over it and sprinkle some processed.

Step 8

Cut the dosa into 4 strips and roll them. Keep them on a serving plate and pour some more cheese sauce over them. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with sambhar and coconut chutney.
