Ingredients 

  • 3 tablespoons chopped garlic 
  • 1 medium cauliflower, separated into small florets
  • 1 cup green peas,boiled
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 inch ginger, cut into thin strips
  • 4 medium onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder (deghi mirch)
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves 
  • 5-8 garlic cloves, fried

Method

  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan; add ginger and garlic and sauté till garlic turns golden. Add onions and sauté for a while.
  2. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder, mix well and sauté for a while. Add cauliflower and green peas and toss to mix. Add salt and mix well.
  3. Add garam masala powder and mix well. Cook for four to five minutes. Serve hot garnished coriander leaves and fried garlic.
