Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons chopped garlic
- 1 medium cauliflower, separated into small florets
- 1 cup green peas,boiled
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1 inch ginger, cut into thin strips
- 4 medium onions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder (deghi mirch)
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves
- 5-8 garlic cloves, fried
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan; add ginger and garlic and sauté till garlic turns golden. Add onions and sauté for a while.
- Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder, mix well and sauté for a while. Add cauliflower and green peas and toss to mix. Add salt and mix well.
- Add garam masala powder and mix well. Cook for four to five minutes. Serve hot garnished coriander leaves and fried garlic.
