By Sanjeev Kapoor 20 Feb 2017 in Recipes Veg New Update Jain Pitla Main Ingredients Gram flour (besan), Oil Cuisine Maharashtrian Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 3 tablespoons gram flour (besan) 1 tablespoon oil 1 teaspoon mustard seeds 1 teaspoon chopped green chillies 5-6 curry leaves 1/2 cup chopped cabbage 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder Salt to taste 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add mustard seeds and let it splutter. Add green chillies, curry leaves and cabbage and mix well. Add some water alongwith add turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt and gram flour, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add lemon juice and chopped coriander and mix well. Serve hot garnished with a coriander sprig.
