Ingredients for Desi Noodle Cutlet-SK Khazana Recipe

  • Noodles boiled and chopped 1 cup

  • Potatoes boiled, peeled and mashed 1 cup

  • Mixed capsicum strips 1/4 cup

  • Carrot strips 1/3 cup

  • Cabbage shredded 1/3 cup

  • Medium onion cut into thin strips 1

  • Ginger finely chopped 1 teaspoon

  • Green chillies finely chopped 1-2

  • Salt to taste

  • Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon

  • Garam masala powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Chaat masala 1/4 teaspoon

  • Cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Soy sauce 1 tablespoon

  • Cornflour 1 tablespoon

  • Oil to shallow fry

Method

Step 1

Mix together potatoes, noodles, capsicum, carrots cabbage, onion, ginger, green chillies, salt, chilli powder, garam masala powder, chaat masala, cumin powder and soy sauce and mix well. Add cornflour and mix again.

Step 2

Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into cutlets.

Step 3

Heat some oil in a non-stick pan. Place the cutlets in it and shallow-fry, turning sides, till evenly golden brown on both sides. Drain on absorbent paper.

Step 4

Serve hot with Schezwan chutney.
