Ingredients
- 200 grams boneless chicken, cut into small pieces
- 200 grams instant noodles
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1 red chilli, chopped
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- Salt to taste
- 6-8 button mushrooms, sliced
- 3-4 tablespoons corn kernels
- 1½ cups chicken stock
- 1 teaspoon light soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons chopped spring onion greens + for garnish
Method
- Heat oil in a deep non-stick pan. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Add red chili and onion and sauté till onion turns translucent.
- Add chicken, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add salt and mix. Add mushrooms and corn kernels, mix and cook for 1 minute.
- Break noodles and add along with chicken stock and light soy sauce, mix and cook till noodles are done.
- Add spring onion greens and mix.
- Serve hot garnished with some spring onion greens.
