Ingredients list for Capsicum Chicken
- 1 medium Green capsicum cut into cubes
- 2 Boneless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped
- 1 inch Ginger finely chopped
- 2-3 Green chillies finely chopped
- 1/4 tablespoon Turmeric powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
- to taste Salt
- 1 medium Onion cut into cubes
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 7-8 Fresh coriander sprigs
Method
- Heat oil in a non- stick pan. Add garlic, ginger, green chillies and sauté till garlic turns golden.
- Roughly slice chicken breasts, add to the pan and mix well. Add capsicum, mix and cook for a minute.
- Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilli powder, garam masala powder and salt, mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add onion, mix and cook for a minute. Add lemon juice and mix well.
- Roughly chop fresh coriander sprigs, add to pan and toss to mix.
- Serve hot.
