Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 medium carrot, peeled and cut into strips
- 1 medium green capsicum, cut into strips
- 1 cup thick yogurt
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon red chilli flakes
- ½ teaspoon mustard powder
- 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
- ½ cup processed cheese cubes
Method
- To make dressing, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, chilli flakes and mustard powder in a bowl. Whisk well.
- Combine cabbage, carrot, capsicum and celery in another bowl and toss well. Add dressing and mix well. Add cheese cubes and toss to mix. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve chilled on a bed of Romaine lettuce.
