This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 09 Aug 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Mutton, Oil Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Mutton Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 41-50 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Banjara Gosht 750 grams Mutton cut into 2 inch pieces on the bone, cooked with sa 3 tablespoons Oil 2-3 Bay leaves 3-4 Cloves 4-5 Black peppercorns 5-6 Dried red chillies 2 medium Onions chopped 2 tablespoons Ginger-garlic paste 2 tablespoons Red chilli powder 2 tablespoons Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder 2 tablespoons Yogurt to taste Salt 1 tablespoon Coriander seeds roasted and crushed Method Heat oil in a non-stick wok, add bay leaves, cloves, black peppercorns and red chillies and sauté for 1 minute. Add onions and sauté till translucent. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add cooked mutton along with the stock and mix well. Adjust salt and mix well. Cover and cook for 25-30 minutes. Remove the lid and add yogurt and cook for 1 minute. Sprinkle crushed coriander seeds on top and mix well.
