By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 Mar 2019 in Recipes Non Veg New Update Main Ingredients Eggs, Butter Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Anda Bhurji 6 Eggs 1 tablespoons Butter 1/2 tablespoon Oil 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds 1 medium Onion finely chopped 1-2 Green chillies chopped 1 medium Tomato finely chopped to taste Salt 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon Coriander powder 1/4 teaspoon Cumin seeds 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped Method Heat butter and oil in a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds and sauté till fragrant. Add onion and green chillies and sauté till onion turns brown. Break eggs in a bowl and whisk well. Add tomatoes and salt to the pan, mix well and cook on medium heat till tomatoes turn soft and pulpy. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder and cumin powder and mix well. Add chopped coriander and mix well. Add eggs, mix and cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Serve hot garnished with a coriander sprig.
