Ingredients
- 250 grams baby potatoes, boiled and peeled
- 1 cup green grapes
- 1/2 inch ginger
- 3 green chillies
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves
- 1/2 cup scraped fresh coconut
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoons cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 10-12 curry leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon amchur powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 lemon
Method
- Grind together ginger and green chillies. Add coriander leaves, coconut and 8-10 grapes and grind coarsely.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves, potatoes, turmeric powder, dried mango powder and salt and mix well.
- Squeeze the juice of lemon and add and mix well. Add the ground mixture and mix and saute for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the remaining grapes and mix. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
