Ingredients list for Soya Sprout Vada
- 1/2 cup Soya bean chunks soaked
- 1/2 cup Moong sprouts
- 1 small Onion roughly chopped
- 1/2 inch piece Ginger
- 2-3 cloves Garlic
- 5-6 Curry leaves
- 1 cup Dill leaves (suva)
- 1/2 cup Fresh coriander leaves
- 2 Green chilli chopped
- to taste Salt
- 3 teaspoons Gram flour (besan)
- to deep fry Oil
Method
- Blend together soya chunks, sprouts, onions, ginger, garlic, curry leaves, dill leaves, coriander leaves, green chillis, salt and mix well.
- Add besan and mix with a little water such that the mixture can easily made into balls.
- Heat oil in no stick kadai and deep fry the ball till golden brown.Serve hot with green chutney.
