Ingredients list for Moong ki Chaat
- 1 cup Whole green grams (sabut moong) boiled
- 1 medium Onion finely chopped
- 1 medium Tomato finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
- to taste Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1-2 Green chillies chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped
- for garnishing Beetroot juliennes
Method
- Combine green gram, onion, tomato, yogurt, chaat masala, salt, chilli powder, green chillies and lemon juice in a bowl and mix well.
- Add chopped coriander and mix well.
- Garnish with beetroot juliennes and serve immediately.
