By Sanjeev Kapoor 07 Aug 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Cauliflower, Green peas Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Gobhi With Matar 1 medium Cauliflower separated into florets 1 cup Green peas 2 tablespoons Oil 2 medium Onions chopped 1 teaspoon Garlic paste 1 teaspoon Ginger paste 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder 4 Green chillies chopped 1 Tomato finely chopped for garnish Fresh coriander leaves Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add onions, garlic paste and ginger paste and saute till onions turn golden brown in color. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and garam masala powder and mix well. Add green chillies and tomatoes and cook on low heat. Add a tablespoon of water and cook till the tomatoes get cooked. Add the cauliflower and green peas and cover and cook till the cauliflower gets cooked.
