Ingredients list for Gobhi Keema
- 1 medium Cauliflower
 - 1 cup Milk
 - 2 Green chillies
 - 3-4 tablespoons Oil
 - 1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida
 - 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
 - 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
 - to taste Salt
 - 1 teaspoon Dried mango powder
 - 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
 
Method
- Finely chop ginger and green chillies. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add asafoetida, cumin seeds, ginger and green chillies and sauté for a minute.
 - Grate cauliflower into the pan and mix well.
 - Add turmeric powder, salt, dried mango powder, red chilli powder and mix well.
 - Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes. Add milk and mix.
 - Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add lemon juice, cover and cook again. Serve hot.
