Ingredients
- 250 grams mutton mince
 - 4 burger buns
 - 2 tablespoons oil
 - 1 large onion, finely chopped
 - ½ tablespoon garlic paste
 - ½ tablespoon ginger paste
 - 1 cup fresh tomato puree
 - 1 teaspoon cumin powder
 - 1 tablespoon coriander powder
 - 1½ teaspoons red chilli powder
 - ½ teaspoon garam masala powder
 - 2 green chillies chopped
 - 3 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves chopped
 - Butter as required
 - French fries to serve
 - Onion rings to serve
 - Lemon wedge to serve
 
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add onion and sauté till translucent. Add garlic paste and ginger paste, mix well and saute for 1 minute.
 - Add tomato puree, mix well and saute till the oil separates.
 - Add cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and green chillies, and mix well.
 - Add mutton mince, and mix well. Add salt, mix well and saute on high heat for 5-6 minutes. Add coriander leaves and ¾ cup water, mix well, cover and cook for 15-20 minutes.
 - Preheat the oven to 180˚C.
 - Halve the burger buns, apply butter on both sides, place them on a baking tray, keep the tray in the preheated oven and toast it for 5-7 minutes.
 - Keep the top of the buns aside. Place a generous portion of the mutton mixture on each bun base. Place a cheese slice over the mutton mixture. Keep the tray back in the hot oven and bake for 5 minutes or till the cheese melts. Take it out of the oven and place the top half of the buns over the cheese.
 - Transfer the buns to a serving plate and serve hot with French fries, onion rings and lemon wedges.
