Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 4 tablespoons butter
- ¼ cup castor sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornflour
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup chopped dark chocolate
- Melted dark chocolate as required
- Toasted and sliced almonds as required
Method
- Preheat oven to 180° C.
- Take butter in a bowl, add castor sugar and beat with an electric beater till light and fluffy.
- Sift almond flour, cornflour and salt directly into the mixture. Add chocolate and mix with light hands.
- Take a sheet of butter paper. Place the prepared dough on it and place another sheet on top.
- Roll into thick rectangle and then cut into sticks.
- Arrange the sticks on a baking tray lined with a baking paper. Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Take the tray out of the oven and set aside to cool.
- Take melted dark chocolate in a glass, dip half of each stick in it and place them on the worktop. Sprinkle sliced almonds over them. Set aside till chocolate sets.
- Arrange them on a serving plate and serve.
