Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180° C.
  2. Take butter in a bowl, add castor sugar and beat with an electric beater till light and fluffy.
  3. Sift almond flour, cornflour and salt directly into the mixture. Add chocolate and mix with light hands.
  4. Take a sheet of butter paper. Place the prepared dough on it and place another sheet on top.
  5. Roll into thick rectangle and then cut into sticks.
  6. Arrange the sticks on a baking tray lined with a baking paper. Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  7. Take the tray out of the oven and set aside to cool.
  8. Take melted dark chocolate in a glass, dip half of each stick in it and place them on the worktop. Sprinkle sliced almonds over them. Set aside till chocolate sets.
  9. Arrange them on a serving plate and serve.
