Ingredients
- 24-32 American Pecans
- 8 tablespoons chopped dark chocolate
- 12 tablespoons castor sugar
- 2 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 12 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 12 tablespoons refined flour (maida)
- 10 tablespoons oil
- 12 tablespoons milk
Method
- For each portion, heat a non-stick pan, add 6-8 American Pecans and dry roast on medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Transfer on a chopping board and chop.
- Take 3 tablespoons castor sugar in a mug, add ½ teaspoon vanilla essence, 3 tablespoons cocoa powder, 3 tablespoons refined flour, ¼ portion of chopped American Pecans, 2 tablespoons chopped dark chocolate, 2½ tablespoons oil and 3 tablespoons milk and mix well.
- Cook in a Microwave at High heat for 1½ minutes.
- Bring the mug out of the oven and serve.
