Ingredients
- ¾ cup chopped dark chocolate
- 15-20 Pro V Regal Jumbo Walnuts
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup condensed milk
- ¾ cup grated mawa/khoya
Method
- Chop Pro V Regal Jumbo Walnuts.
- Heat a non-stick pan, add butter and dark chocolate and cook on low heat, stirring continuously, till chocolate melts.
- Add condensed milk, mix and cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Add khoya and half the chopped walnuts, mix well and cook for 5-6 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture into a lined glass dish, sprinkle remaining walnuts and set aside for 2-3 hours.
- Cut into squares, arrange them on a serving platter and serve.
