Method

  1. To prepare the batter for each portion, take ½ cup gram flour in a bowl, add salt, ⅛ cup yogurt and ¼ teaspoon ginger-green chilli paste. Add ⅛ cup water and whisk well to make a smooth batter. Add fruit salt and whisk again.
  2. Transfer the batter into a mug and cook in a microwave on HIGH heat for 2 minutes.
  3. Cut into 4 pieces in the mug itself. Drizzle green chutney and date and tamarind chutney on top. Sprinkle fresh pomegranate pearls, masala peanuts, nylon sev and coriander leaves on top.
  4. Garnish with a coriander sprig and serve.
