Ingredients
- 1 cup gram flour
- Salt to taste
- ½ cup yogurt
- 1 tsp ginger-green chilli paste
- 1 tsp fruit salt
- Green chutney to drizzle
- Date and tamarind chutney to drizzle
- Fresh pomegranate pearls to sprinkle
- Masala peanuts to sprinkle
- Nylon sev to sprinkle
- Chopped fresh coriander leaves to sprinkle
- Fresh coriander sprig for garnish
Method
- To prepare the batter for each portion, take ½ cup gram flour in a bowl, add salt, ⅛ cup yogurt and ¼ teaspoon ginger-green chilli paste. Add ⅛ cup water and whisk well to make a smooth batter. Add fruit salt and whisk again.
- Transfer the batter into a mug and cook in a microwave on HIGH heat for 2 minutes.
- Cut into 4 pieces in the mug itself. Drizzle green chutney and date and tamarind chutney on top. Sprinkle fresh pomegranate pearls, masala peanuts, nylon sev and coriander leaves on top.
- Garnish with a coriander sprig and serve.
