Add bay leaves and dried red chillies, mix and sauté for 30 seconds. Add tomatoes, raisins and salt, mix well, cover and cook for 5-6 minutes or till the tomatoes turn soft and pulpy. Add jaggery, mix, cover and cook for 5-6 minutes. Switch the heat off and allow the mixture to cool completely. Discard the bay leaves and dried red chillies. Transfer the mixture into a serving bowl and serve warm.
