  1. To make spice mix, combine red chilli powder, chaat masala, dried mango powder, coriander powder, roasted cumin powder, black salt, and salt in a bowl. 
  2. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai, gently slide in the dried cluster beans in batches and deep- fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
  3. Transfer the fried cluster beans into a bowl, sprinkle some spice mix and toss till well combined. 
    Transfer into a serving bowl and serve.
