Ingredients list for Cluster beans in mustard sauce
- 250 grams Cluster Beans finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Tamarind Paste
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 1 Green chilli sliced
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 2 tablespoons Red chilli powder
- to taste Salt
- 1 tablespoon Mustard paste
Method
- Pressure cook the clustard beans with tamrind pulp till three whistles.
- Heat oil in a non stick pan add green chillies and onions saute till onions are light brown. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and mustard paste and saute for a minute. Add clustard beans and saute for a minute and remove from flame.
- Serve hot.
