Ingredients
- 3-4 totapuri raw mangoes
- 2 tablespoons ghee
- A pinch of salt
- 1 cup chopped jaggery
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg powder
- ½ teaspoon green cardamom powder
Method
- Peel the mangoes, remove the seeds and cut them into 1 cm cubes.
- Heat ghee in a pan, add mango cubes and salt, mix and sauté for 4-5 minutes.
- Add jaggery, nutmeg powder and cardamom powder, mix well and cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes or till the mango cubes soften.
- Transfer onto a plate and allow to cool.
- Store in air tight container and use as required.
