Ingredients
- 1½ cups powdered oats
- 1 cup jaggery powder
- 2 tbsps ghee + to grease
- ¼ tsp green cardamom powder
- 2-3 tbsps chopped mixed nuts
- 3-4 tbsps milk
Method
- Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, add oats powder and sauté for 3-4 minutes on medium heat.
- Add jaggery powder and green cardamom powder and mix well. Add chopped nuts and mix well. Cook for 1-2 minutes on medium heat.
- Transfer into a bowl, add milk and combine well to form dough.
- Grease a modak mould with some ghee and transfer a small portion in it. Press well.
- Demould and place on a serving platter. Make more modaks in the same way.
- Offer it God Ganesh and serve to your loved ones.
