Ingredients
- 400 grams boneless fish fillets, cut into large cubes
 - 4 white bread slices
 - 8-10 green garlic bulbs with stalks
 - Salt to taste
 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
 - 2 egg whites
 - 2-3 fresh red chillies, finely chopped
 - Oil for shallow frying
 - Tartar sauce for serving

Method
- Trim the edges of bread slices and roughly chop. Roughly chop green garlic bulbs and stalks.
 - Transfer garlic bulbs and stalks into a grinder jar, add bread and grind coarsely.
 - Place boneless fish fillet cubes on a plate, sprinkle salt on fish pieces, drizzle lemon juice and mix well. Set aside for 10 minutes.
 - Spread the green garlic-bread mixture on a plate. Take egg whites in a bowl, add salt and whisk well.
 - Add fresh red chillies and salt to the breadcrumbs mixture and mix well.
 - Dip the fish pieces in beaten eggs and roll in breadcrumb mixture and press lightly.
 - Heat sufficient oil in a shallow non-stick pan. Place the fish pieces in the pan and shallow-fry, for 2-3 minutes. Flip and continue to shallow-fry for 2-3 minutes. Drain on absorbent paper.
 - Arrange the fish on a serving platter and serve hot with tartar sauce.
