By Sanjeev Kapoor 28 Nov 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Boneless fish fillets, Salt Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Fish Fingers - SK Khazana 2 Boneless fish fillets to taste Salt 2 tablespoons Lemon juice 1 Egg 1 tablespoon Mustard sauce 1/2 tablespoon Refined flour 1 Medium onion finely chopped 1 tablespoon Black olives finely chopped 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley finely chopped to taste Black peppercorns crushed 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise for coating Dried breadcrumbs Method Cut fish fillets into thick strips and put in a bowl. Add salt, lemon juice, egg, mustard sauce and flour and mix well. To make the dip, mix together onions, olives, parsley, crushed peppercorns, salt and mayonnaise in another bowl. Transfer the dip into a serving bowl. Heat sufficient oil in a deep pan. Spread breadcrumbs on a plate. Coat the fish pieces with it, gently slide into hot oil and deep-fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
