Method

  1. Boil sufficient water in a deep non-stick pan, add instant noodles and boil for 4-5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Slice garlic cloves. Chop spring onion. Transfer both into a bowl.
  3. Add red chilli flakes, white sesame seeds, dark soy sauce, salt, Instant noodles spice mix and crushed black peppercorns and mix well.
  4. Heat oil in a small pan and add to the red chilli flakes mixture and mix well. Add boiled noodles to this mixture and mix with light hands.
  5. Transfer into a serving bowl, sprinkle red chilli flakes and white sesame seeds, garnish with spring onion greens and serve.
