Chilli Oil Instant Noodles

Method

  1. Bring sufficient water to a boil in a deep pan.  Keep the spice separately and add the instant noodles to the boiling water and boil for 4-5 minutes.
  2. Thinly slice garlic cloves. Similarly, thinly slice spring onion bulbs and greens separately. Transfer spring onion bulbs along with some of the greens and sliced garlic into a large bowl. Add instant spice mix, red chilli flakes and white sesame seeds.
  3. Drain the noodles.
  4. Heat oil in a small pan. Pour this into the garlic mixture and mix well. Add the noodles and toss well. 
  5. Transfer the noodles in a serving bowl, garnish with remaining spring onion greens and sprinkle red chilli flakes and white sesame seeds.
