Ingredients
- 320 grams instant noodles
- 6-8 garlic cloves
- 4-5 spring onion bulbs with greens
- 1¼ teaspoons red chilli flakes + for sprinkling
- 2 teaspoons toasted white sesame seeds + for sprinkling
- 4 tablespoons oil
Method
- Bring sufficient water to a boil in a deep pan. Keep the spice separately and add the instant noodles to the boiling water and boil for 4-5 minutes.
- Thinly slice garlic cloves. Similarly, thinly slice spring onion bulbs and greens separately. Transfer spring onion bulbs along with some of the greens and sliced garlic into a large bowl. Add instant spice mix, red chilli flakes and white sesame seeds.
- Drain the noodles.
- Heat oil in a small pan. Pour this into the garlic mixture and mix well. Add the noodles and toss well.
- Transfer the noodles in a serving bowl, garnish with remaining spring onion greens and sprinkle red chilli flakes and white sesame seeds.
