Method

  1. Take chicken mince in a bowl, add ginger-garlic paste, coriander leaves, cashewnut paste, garam masala powder, salt and onion and mix well.
  2. Apply little oil on your palms and shape the mixture into equal sized patties.
  3. Heat sufficient oil a non-stick tawa, arrange the patties on it and cook on medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Flip and cook for 4-5 minutes on other side as well. Drain on absorbent paper.
  5. Transfer on a serving plate and serve hot with onion rings, lemon wedges, mint leaves and green chutney.
