Ingredients
- 250 grams fine chicken mince
- 1½ tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
- 2-3 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves
- 1½ tablespoons cashewnut paste
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- Oil for shallow frying + for greasing
- Onion rings for serving
- Lemon wedge for serving
- Fresh mint leaves for serving
- Green chutney for serving
Method
- Take chicken mince in a bowl, add ginger-garlic paste, coriander leaves, cashewnut paste, garam masala powder, salt and onion and mix well.
- Apply little oil on your palms and shape the mixture into equal sized patties.
- Heat sufficient oil a non-stick tawa, arrange the patties on it and cook on medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
- Flip and cook for 4-5 minutes on other side as well. Drain on absorbent paper.
- Transfer on a serving plate and serve hot with onion rings, lemon wedges, mint leaves and green chutney.
